What does that mean? All ambient noise outside the booth is muted to a level where you are no longer disturbed and your conversation inside the booth will not be understood in the room outside the booth. 

It is easy to move a phone booth, for example, using a moving trolley. 


As a novelty, the PhoneAlone Meeting booth and Double booth now comes with integrated caster wheels and can be easily moved around if you want to change the decor. 

All you have to do is screw the adjustable feet on the booth back and the booth is now as easy to push around as a trolley.

The phone booth has two silent fans that ensure an air flow of min. 200 m3 per hour. 


The meeting booth and the double booth have four silent fans that ensure an air flow of min. 400 m3 per hour. 


The efficient but quiet fans ensure a pleasant indoor climate. These are activated by a motion sensor, which simultaneously also activates light and electricity in the booth. 


The fans constantly circulate fresh air into the booth. On hot summer days when the temperature rises in the office, the air that is circulated into the booth will naturally also be warmer. This applies to all booths on the market, as the fan's air intake is fresh air from the surrounding environment. 


For those extra hot days we recommend an Evapolar portable air cooler. However, it is important to switch it off when the booth is not in use to avoid too much humidity. Contact us for advice and guidance on cooling the booth.   


Exterior and Table: For daily cleaning, use a cloth wrung out in lukewarm soapy water to wipe down the exterior surfaces and table. Avoid using scouring powders or abrasive cleaners as they can damage the finish. After cleaning, dry the surfaces with a clean, dry cloth. To quickly remove grease spots, we recommend using a melamine sponge. Gently rub the affected area with the sponge to lift and remove the grease without damaging the surfaces. Interior Felt: The felt lining inside the booth should be cleaned by vacuuming with a soft brush attachment. For spot cleaning, use a cloth that has been tightly wrung out in water. Glass Door: To clean the glass door, apply glass cleaner to a cloth rather than directly onto the glass. This prevents the cleaner from seeping into the edges and damaging the wood elements. Use a lint-free cloth to dry the glass and ensure no scratching occurs. UV Disinfection Solution: For enhanced sanitation, the PhoneAlone booth can be equipped with an automatic UV disinfection solution. This system, installed at the top of the booth, automatically disinfects the interior in just three minutes. It is particularly useful for cleaning the inner walls covered with felt and other sound-absorbing materials, which are typically challenging to clean thoroughly. This innovative UV solution ensures a hygienic environment for all users and assists cleaning staff in maintaining the booth more effectively.

Our products are designed to be easily assembled. Assembly instructions are included, so you can assemble your PhoneAlone booth yourself.


2 people can install the phone booth of approx. 2 hours and the meeting booth of approx. 2-3 hours.


However, we recommend having our experienced service team assemble the booth for you. You just have to write to us if you need assistance with installation, and we will take care of it.

Our professional service people deliver the booth to the address, assemble it, and ensure that it is placed exactly where you want it. They also dispose of all packaging and pallets.

We always deliver by prior arrangement to best suit your schedule.  

If your PhoneAlone product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 100 days and receive a refund. You contact us, and together we'll arrange a time for us to come and collect your PhoneAlone booth.

The return policy applies only to one PhoneAlone booth and does not apply to leasing.

The return policy applies from the time the product is delivered and requires that the product is undamaged and complete.
